SYDNEY, March, 2022 – Sphere Drones, Australia’s leading drone, land borne robot, and subsea ROV solutions provider has today announced its acquisition of Rise Above Custom Drones & Robotics. This acquisition clearly demonstrates Sphere Drones’ commitment to broadening the reach of innovative technologies to an emerging market, further emphasising their customer success initiatives.

Rise Above is a business at the forefront of the fast-growing drones and robotics market, and has served more than 40,000 customers over 10 years as a leading DJI Authorised Tier 1 distributor.

This acquisition of Rise Above will clearly define Sphere Group’s engagement with the prosumer roving technologies market, allowing Sphere Drones to shift its focus to its enterprise offerings and customers.
