1. Before purchasing DJI Care Refresh+, ensure that the DJI Care Refresh (1-Year Plan) purchased for your product is still valid and that there is at least one replacement left.
2. After DJI Care Refresh+ is purchased, your service agreement will be sent to you via email. DJI Care Refresh+ will be bound to your product automatically and come into effect within 24 hours.
3. The replacement service provided by DJI Care Refresh+ is valid for one year and does not start until DJI Care Refresh expires. The product's warranty period is immediately extended after you receive the service agreement of DJI Care Refresh + and has the same expiration date as the replacement service.
4. DJI Care Refresh + only supports products purchased from official or authorized channels. You can use the International Warranty Service at any DJI authorized repair center across the globe after providing the proof of purchase and confirming the product eligibility.
5. Each time you request a replacement, you'll receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
For DJI Pocket 2, the replacement fee is AUD 59.
